This is one of those songs that has taken on a life of its own - which, in case you're wondering, is a songwriter's dream. Originally wrote it as a choir piece, first recorded it on "Among The Weeds and Wheat." After many years I finally figured out how best to play this thing on the guitar, and promised myself if I ever got back in the studio that I'd record it again. Glad that finally happened.
